Since 1994, Thomas Pendery Architect, Inc. has been providing architectural and construction management services in Central Ohio. Tom Pendery has over 30 years of experience in all phases of construction. This includes not only architectural services for various building types, but also as a design/build general contractor and building inspector. He was also a rough framing and finish carpenter. This gives him practical knowledge of how a building goes together that you probably won't find elsewhere.

 

The approach is to design buildings that meet the design requirements of the user and facilitates the contractor during the construction process.
