Architectural

Architectural services include programming, preliminary design, budgeting, design development and construction documentation for permitting. These services are preformed for many building types including:

Residential - New homes, additions to existing homes and remodeling. Condominiums and apartment communities.
Commercial - New builds, additions to existing buildings, tenant finish spaces, office buildings, day care centers, educational facilities and shopping centers to name a few.

Renderings

Watercolor or pencil renderings are available. Watercolors are done on 140#, acid free paper. Pencil renderings are done on 100#, acid free paper.

Construction Management

Construction Management can be provided for the complete project or only a portion of it. If you are not comfortable running the project yourself and do not want to hire a contractor, this service is provided as an option. We have managed construction for 16 years and provided turn key service for many projects.

Consultation

If you are thinking about a project and are not convinced it is the right move to make, a consult could clear up some of the issues. An architectural consultation will let you know if you are going to run into issues with the zoning or building departments of your community. It will also let you know what makes sense to build from an architectutal point of view.
